Schedule Your Appointment

  How do I schedule an appointment?

There are 2 easy ways you can schedule your appointment upon receipt of your information booklet:
  1. By phone by calling 1-800-667-4387
    • To speak to a live operator, please call between the following hours:
      • Monday to Thursday - 6:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST)
      • Friday - 6:00 am – 3:00 pm (PST)
    • When calling after hours, please leave a message stating your name, complete address and a daytime phone number that you can be reached at. A representative will return your call within the next business day.


  2. Request an appointment online by visiting www.watermeterappt.com
    • Complete all required fields on the submission form
    • Enter “I170” under Project Code
    • A member of Neptune’s client care team will contact you to confirm your appointment request


  When can I schedule an appointment for?

Installations can be scheduled for the following times:
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (PST)
  • Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST)
